The Problem:
We have a vast universe of demos at Google Cloud. Built by different teams, in different formats, for different audiences, with different objectives and key results. Right now the universe of demos is scattered and working against us, instead of for us. Resulting in a lot of recreation of similar work while diminishing ROI of previous investments.

The Opportunity:
We have a pivotal opportunity to build something from the ground up to champion the work across teams. A platform with the highest quality demo content, optimized for discovery and easy to use that all teams can seamlessly contribute.
